dialog box to add photos to webpage is frozen

I'm creating a web page in express and click the + sign to add a photo. The dialog box to let me choose the photo comes up a blank white and freezes there.

I'm on windows 11 on a PC using edge browser

Looks like a bug.

Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and let us know if that helps.

Please ensure if you've recently installed any pop-up blocker or any third-party extension, try disabling it and see if that helps.
