I can't download this a PDF without it asking for premium account.

Hi

 

If you have a free plan, you will need to remove premium content (e.g. premium Stock image, or text using a premium font). However, if you have a paid plan, please double check that your account is not past due. While Adobe Express is usable in the "grace period" download of premium content isn't.
