Anything affecting access to essential network endpoint — ad-blockers (including those built into browsers like Brave), strict Firewall settings, network proxies, custom DNS servers — can affect Express functionality. If you are using these, please make sure that the network endpoints listed on https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html are allowed.

After adding image and adding logo, I get a message that says "We're working on your file. You will be able to download it soon." But this message does not ever clear and we are never able to download.

Often the best way to overcome download errors is try again with a different browser that accepts cookies and does not have any script blockers.

Can you please share a screenshot or a screen recording of what shows up for you? I tried downloading projects on my end, and it worked fine (Please refer to the screenshot)

Also, I'd recommend you try once after clearing the cache/cookies of the browser or try working on a different recommended browser to check if that makes any difference. 

 

Do share your observations so we can investigate this.

We cant download our works from AE. Still. We are waiting for an effectively solution on the second day. Can anyone help with this? The download button stopped showing. An Adobe employee says to clear the cache and history or try a different browser. Such a solution does not work. Thanks.

Can you duplicate the project & check if the download button appears? We'd like to know what kind of project this happens with (video project or regular post). 

Also, can you try once in the Progressive web app to check if that makes any difference?

We can't download any project in Adobe Express. Neither a video project, nor a standard post, neither new nor old. 
As you can see in other comments, multiple users have the same problem at the same time.
So we assume that the problem is not on our side and the solution is somewhere else. Please solve it.
