Thanks, @Victory Point349462974z00

Anything affecting access to essential network endpoint — ad-blockers (including those built into browsers like Brave), strict Firewall settings, network proxies, custom DNS servers — can affect Express functionality. If you are using these, please make sure that the network endpoints listed on https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html are allowed.

Hello,

I had the same problem as Mary5FFC (share and download button appear but no text). This issue was also meant I could not search for any assets in the left-hand pane.

In my case it was related to my network setup. I have a custom DNS server (PiHole) set on my ethernet adapter. Therefore, I tried switching over to using the WiFi, which has no custom DNS server set, and this solved the issue straight away.

Thanks @Mary5FFC

fwiw, you can also share files from the file organizer outside the editor (https://new.express.adobe.com/your-stuff/files)

I will send you direct message with my e-mail for sharing, in case that the issue is file-specific.

Thanks

Download button is missing (see screenshot attached).

  1. Issue occurs in Chrome and Safari browsers
  2. Issue occurs in Chrome Incognito Mode and Safari Private Mode
  3. Reboot Mac computer - still experencing issues
  4. Clear the browser cache and cookies for both Chrome and Safari - still experencing issues

I cannot even grab a link to share the file for further troubleshooting.

Thanks @Teebot34900458m7mk, that's exactly what I was looking for (in order to check error logs that might help investigate this issue)!
