Using text generation in Firefly you could download right away as soon as the image appeared. In Adobe Express I have to waste a great of time waiting for the download to be prepared.

    We're sorry to hear about this. Are you getting any error messages while you work on Adobe Express? If so, can you please share the screenshot of the error message? Are you a VPN? Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? You may also try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and see if that helps.
