I AM HABVING ISSUES DOWNLOADING, IT WILL ALLOW ONE DOWNLOAD AND THEN IT GOES THROUGH ALL THE STEPS AND SAYS ITS DONE BUT THERE IS NOTHING IN THE DOWNLOAD FOLDER? IVE JUST UPGRADED TOO SO I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY ITS STILL HAPPENING? IF IT CARRIES ON ILL BE CANCELLING. PLEASE ADVISE. THANKS
