Edit Access Not Available Event Though Access Pending

Hello, I invited [ sensitive information removed by moderator] to the Recruitment Library, and her access is pending. When she clicks the invitation, she gets a screen to request access. How do we fix this? [*** Please note: The moderator removed the screenshot because it contains sensitive information.]

Thank you for your patience.

I checked their emails, and It appears the users don't have an Adobe account.

Kindly get the users to register using their enterprise email address. This will enable them to accept the share and then edit.
