Error message when downloading video

Dear Adobe,

 

I have ran into an issue of some sort, recently.

 

Whenever I try to download a video project, I get a notification that the download has failed (as can be seen below). This issue occurred all of a sudden, and hasn't changed every since. This issue occurs both on the adobe express web browser, and the app for pc (windows user).

 

I have attempted to duplicate and resize the file. I have also used different media files, and also tried clearing cache, switching browsers, and using incognito mode. Regardless of any attempts, it isn't possible to successfully download a video. Other formats such as pdf and png do seem to work however. 

 

Could you please share with me what else I could do since I have attempted nearly everything so far.

Hi @chaimaa.7@Amitej S, any updates on the issue?  It's been more than two months since the issue still started and unfortunately seems not to be resolved. Another colleague of mine that also has the enterprise subscription too is having the same issue and it makes it impossible for us both to work with Adobe Express. Could you provide me with some concrete info or timeline on this issue, otherwise it seems like we can't make use of the tool anymore.

Hi @Amitej S, I shared one of the projects and would like to ask if there are any updates so far? 
I really want to utilize the video editing capabilities of Adobe Express on several occasions but I'm unable to do that for a while now.

Please let me know how we can resolve this issue now.

Hi @Amitej S, I just gave the access to one of the projects I worked on since the issues takes place with every video project.

Hi @Amitej S, thank you for reaching out! 

 

This issue applies now to all video projects, even for past ones that used to work. Typically the video projects range from 1080x1920 to 1080x1350, and are exported as mp4 files. I can also share some projects if you'd like but the issue occurred suddenly and doesn't seem to differ per platform, project, etc.

Thanks for detailing the issue and outlining what you've already tried; that's really helpful.

 

Could you tell us the total duration of the video project? What resolution are you trying to export in? Is this happening with all video projects, or is it just this one that fails to export? 

Also, could you share the project with us so we can investigate it? You can do so by sending us a community DM so it doesn't appear on the forum publicly. We'd then request access to the project from our test accounts, which you'd need to accept.
