Error: Publish API Response: 500 Internal Server Error

As of Tuesday, June 11, 2024, I am unable to publish any project. I get an error that says "Error: Publish API Response: 500 Internal Server Error" for any projects.

This has been going on for DAYS, now, and it's impacting my business!!  Can we get some help here??  Do I need to open a new issue?  I have tried all the suggested solutions, and nothing works!
