Express files missing

I opened my Adobe Express yesterday (11-19-24), and all my files and projects are gone. Has this happened to anyone, and how can it be fixed?

Hello @jessie_5444. This issue of missing files and projects in Adobe Express can happen for a few reasons, such as syncing problems, account-related issues, or recent updates. Here’s how you can troubleshoot:

Check the 'Deleted' or 'Archived' Files

  • Go to the "Deleted Files" folder in Adobe Express to see if your projects were accidentally deleted or archived.
  • On mobile, check under Files > Deleted Files.

Verify Syncing Across Devices

  • If you use both desktop and mobile, ensure both are properly synced. Try refreshing the app or browser. You may also need to log out and back in to resync.

Check for Updates or Maintenance

  • Adobe occasionally rolls out updates or server maintenance that may cause temporary syncing or access issues. Check Adobe’s status page or forums for known issues.

Are you sure you are logging in with the correct info?   FOR EXAMPLE: When I log in with my school credentials all my content that I've created is different.

I also tried to access my files via the mobile and now all of my projects are missing.

Try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference. Please ensure you're logged in with the correct Adobe ID.
