Express Reverse Video is not processing and downloading

I have always been able to go to https://express.adobe.com/tools/reverse-video and reverse short clips as a non-paid user.  Today, I find that Adobe Express will upload a video but not process it and download it.  Have things changed which are preventing me from reversing a video online in Adobe Express?  Thank you for your help.

    I've been a non-stop paying Adobe customer since somewhere around 2010. Whenever they first launched the 9.99/mo Ps/Lr plan.

    Just experiened the same thing. Even tried multiple different renderings of various sizes. No go. Sad, that's a useful tool for YT editing.
