Express video editor is incredibly glitchy, slow, and lagging tonight

Uploads taking a lot time to display the image or video; audio and video out of sync; play bar not moving when video is playing; quick keys not working; won't start when pushing spacebar. It's just so painful to edit a two minute video when Express is wasting so much time. I keep having to reload the page to clear the problem, upload and download speeds are at just fine according to speedtest. I have another project I need to get to and I'm wasting so much time waiting on Express.

I’m really sorry you’re having such a difficult experience with Express.

To help us investigate further, could you let us know which browser and device you’re using, and whether the issue happens on all projects or just this one? Also, if possible, sharing a screen recording of the lag or glitches would be very helpful.

In the meantime, you can try clearing your browser cache, disabling any extensions, or trying a different browser to see if performance improves.

I was on an HP desktop and now I on my HP laptop and I have the same glitchy, slow video playback, it is making video editing just brutal for these short reels. I use Chrome browser, I did try the Edge browser and it was the same slow, glitchy, and non-responsibe, similar to Chrome.
