Les suggestions de texte mettent très longtemps à se charger sur Firefox, alors que sur Chrome c'est immédiat ?

Parlez-vous de l'option du texte à l'image ? Nous avons effectué la même recherche sur Firefox et Google et l'image générée par l'IA prend plus ou moins le même temps à s'afficher. Nous vous suggérons de vider les caches et supprimer les cookies sur Firefox. Vous pouvez aussi désactiver les extensions du navigateur.

 

Merci de partager une vidéo ou une capture d'écran qui montre la lenteur de chargement sur Firefox.

This version of Express runs incredibly slow on Safari. Please bring back support for Express for Firefox as quick as possible, PLEASE 

We're sorry to hear about this. We are aware of this issue & our product team is currently working on this with Apple on the solution. Once we have any update on this, we will keep you posted. Also, Firefox, as a supported browser, will be coming soon.

Used this with firefox and loved it. I can no longer use firefox. Tried on both chrome and edge and try uploading photos and they show up green. Not only that, trying to do any other work or edit and everything is just messed up. I may need to cancel subscription because this program is now totally useless

Which operating system are you on? Windows or Mac? Which version? 

This seems like a rare bug. Can you share more?

Guten Tag Wir sind mit dem neuen Adobe Express überhaupt nicht zufrieden, da es sehr unzuverlässig läuft. Es werden Browser Firefox nicht richtig bedient, obwohl alle Einstellungen korrekt sind. Wenn man am Projekt weiterarbeitet und den link aktualisiert, wir der bestehende Link nicht aktualisiert und wir müssen den Kunden immer wieder die Links neu zukommen lassen. Wenn Ihr schon Programm updates macht, schaut wenigstens das der Workflow richtig funktioniert, wir habewn keine Lust, für Euch immer die Arbeit zu machen, wir müssen speditiv arbeiten.

Why was Firefox compatibility discontinued with the new Adobe Express platform? Surely more people use Firefox than use Microsoft Edge, which is supported? This is a disappointing change that will change my entire workflow.
