Hi @default32267154p0bmx8 - Are you able to select the View all pages button (see image below)? You should have an option to add a page within the following screen.

Very sorry about that. You've mentioned that you've tried restarting, have you also tried to clear your cache or complete a hard browser refresh?

The search bar is covering the header on most pages of Adobe Express. I cannot click on anything in the header or move to another month in the schedule tab.

So, I found out if you clear your cookies and cache and also try express in Incognito - it fixes the problem

There are service issues affecting Adobe Express. Please see this post for more information:

As @Megan2939431178mp mentioned some people can fix it by clearing cache/cookies or using an incognito window, but it doesn't work for everyone unfortunately.
