It could be an issue with your cache (or less likely your connection)
things you can try:
- clear the cache of your browser, it will help in most cases
-if that fails: Change browsers (you can use Chrome, Firefox and Safari, in addition to Edge)

- If it still fails: Try to duplicate your project and shorten the duplicate in lengh and see if it download then.
Big, long videos with lots of elements tend to drag the system and it be be that your project is just too big for your computer to handle.

 

In that case, divide your video in smaller pieces and assemble them later using the "merge video" quick action (still in Adobe Express)

I pressed the "DOWNLOAD" button, the massage is "We are working on your file. You can download it soon." But nothing happend at the last 24 houres. I use "microsoft edge". I start the same projet 3 times. At first the free version, now the premium.

What does the error message says? (I am able to translate your text, but not the screenshots)
Also can you confirm a few things?
Browser used
Free or premium subscription
Does the error happen with ALL the projects you try to download?

Can you share a screenshot of the error message if any? Or simply a screenshot of your entire window so we can identify if anything looks weird...
