Hi, does anyone know what to do? When I click on Adobe Express from my Creative Cloud panel it opens but the templates will never turn up. They just keep flickering. Same in my mobile app.
Apologies for the late response and also for the frustration & difficulties you faced with the new Adobe Express. Do you still see the issue with the templates? Are you getting any error messages? Which browser are you using?
Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to check if that helps.
Also, try restarting your computer.
Please let us know if this helps. Also, helps us with a screen recording of the workflow to investigate further.
Hi, thanks for your reply. I did all those things you mention and they did not help. My IT department contacted your support and we had a teams meeting where you guys saw that I had two profiles and that kind of was the problem of many of my issues. But the bigger problem might be our fire wall. So that is something for us to solve internally. Thanks and have nice day.
