how the (cursing removed) do I send images to the foreground (cursing removed)

Well, I don't have a foreground dips** option in my Adobe Express, where do I get that superb feature? I reckon I could do with it...

If you want to move an image to the top of the layer stack - and thus into the front:

1. Click on the layer you want to move in the layer stack.

2. Drag it to the top of the stack.
