I am unable to access My Stuff in Adobe Webpage Creator

When I use Adobe Express to create a site and I click on add Media, I am unable to access any of My stuff from Adobe Express or any of my online files. 

Only option I have is upload file or Adobe Stock. How can I access my files for the Web Builder?

We're sorry for the delay. Is it possible for you to share the screen recording of the issue? Are you on VPN? Have you recently installed any third-party plugins? Did you try disabling the firewall to check if that makes any difference?

 

Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to check if that helps.
