I have been trying to fill PDF form for the past 2 hours without success.

Could you share a screen recording of the error with the workflow for us to better understand and investigate the issue? Since when are you having trouble with this issue? Can you try working on incognito/private browsing mode or working after clearing the cache/cookies of the browser to check if that makes any difference?
