I can't download video

As of this afternoon, I am unable to download videos to my adobe express account. In fact, I've tried all the video qualities (I'm premium), changing browsers, restarting my PC, changing PCs, sharing the video to try to download it with the shared account and still I can't.

I'm still stuck at 69%.

I've also tried to download an old video, which I'd already downloaded, and on this one I'm still stuck at 78%.


The error is simply "Failed to download".

I am also experiencing the same thing.  My students use this program to make a video and they are unable to download their final product to upload into Google Classroom.  Any help with this would be appreciated.

I just came across your thread and would like to know if you still require help, as our engineering team fixed some bugs.

 

In the meantime, you can clear your browser cache and cookies, ensuring you have installed the latest Browser version using a different browser or in incognito mode.
