Can you specify the version of Google Chrome and Windows you have? Does the failed download happen with other projects (video or photo)?

 

Here are some workaround that might help:

  • Test in incognito or privacy mode. Here are instructions for Chrome
  • Clearing the cache/cookies from the browser 
  • Try with another browser, such as Microsoft Edge
  • Check your Internet connection

 

We recommend closing the previously opened pages before trying those steps.
