I doesn't allow me to translate pdf

I select the page the click translate  choose the languages that  I want and then click translate on the bottom. I get a warning "please select a page to translate" and i don't get the option to duplicate.

Hey @imrich_8657, Welcome to our Adobe Express community! 

 

I tried replicating it, and it worked fine for me. If there are multiple pages in the project, there would be an option to select the pages for translation, but in your case, there seems to be an error. 

Have you tried working in private/incognito browsing mode to see if that makes any difference? Can you try the translate feature on another project and see if it works fine there? 

Also, if possible, please share a screen recording of the workflow, as it helps us investigate.

I tried incognito mode but it didn't work. I used a different pdf and it
worked but with that one it didn't . I am sending my screen recording.

Hi @luke_8957,

 

We're sorry to hear about the difficulties. Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference? 

 

Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies, and restarting the browser and try again. For more information on how to clear cache and cookies, check this link- https://adobe.ly/4a5ipUF and how to use incognito mode- https://adobe.ly/4a2UzZV 

 

If that doesn't help, can you please share the project with me via private message along with the edit access to investigate further?

Hi Tarun

The first I tried was 12 pages.

I have since tried a smaller document (7 pages). I did not get the same error message, but the document simply did not translate.

I cannot send you anything by private message.
