I select the page the click translate choose the languages that I want and then click translate on the bottom. I get a warning "please select a page to translate" and i don't get the option to duplicate.

I tried replicating it, and it worked fine for me. If there are multiple pages in the project, there would be an option to select the pages for translation, but in your case, there seems to be an error.
Have you tried working in private/incognito browsing mode to see if that makes any difference? Can you try the translate feature on another project and see if it works fine there?
Also, if possible, please share a screen recording of the workflow, as it helps us investigate.
I tried incognito mode but it didn't work. I used a different pdf and it worked but with that one it didn't . I am sending my screen recording. Please help me to translate this document!
