I enter Classroom names and they keep disappearing

I press the "Create a Class" button and create 4 classrooms with their teachers' name. Then I go to attach an assignment and see there are no classrooms created. I go back to the classroom page and it is brand new, showing me the "Create a Class" icon. I do not see a "save" button (other than the "save draft" which I push) so I have no idea what I am doing wrong.

Thank you again for your help last week. I hope you do not mind if I ask another question about something I just ran into. I had students follow a link I sent to get them into the classroom. Everyone got in, but one student was not able to access the assignment because she "did not have access to Adobe Express." I can see her on my classroom and it marks her assignment as "not started" but I cannot get her to the assignment. Any ideas?

Thank you so much for your reply! The day after I made the post, the classrooms appeared...all the ones I did multiple times! So that issue was fixed.

Now I am trying to assign an activity (the AI Doll) and every time I click "assign" I get a message that states there was an error. I am filling in all of the boxes. Any ideas?

Thanks for your response. Try logging out and logging in again to check if that helps. Also, you can reach out to your school IT admin team to get that checked further.
