Image upload completely unavailable no matter how small the file is

Hey @lisaw87657090, can you share the image you're trying to upload in Adobe Express that throws you this error? Also, have you tried uploading any other images? Does it work fine, or does it give the same error? 

You may try once in incognito/private browsing mode to test this and let us know about the observations.
