Inability to upload images from local drive

I have made several failed attempts to upload images from my local PC drive into Adobe express. I also attempted copy and paste and that did not work either. I have cleared my cache, logged out of the app and logged back in and none of these have resolved the problem. Uploading images from my local drive previously on Adobe express was quite straightforward so I don't understand why it has become so problematic in the "new" app.

Yes, of course I will go back to the iOS 18.4 update. Thank you very much and thank you to Adobe Express customer service.

Hi @Mounssif 

 

Thanks for clarifying which iOS version you are using. We are aware that this issue has been reintroduced in iOS 18.5 beta, and we are in touch with Apple about fixing this. For now, you'd have to use the latest version of iOS 18.4 to avoid this issue.  Thanks for your understanding.

But I already had iOS 18.4 and it worked fine, I had no problems. But since I installed the new iOS 18.5, the Adobe Express app no ​​longer wants to load images.

Are you running the iOS 18.4 beta release by chance? There is a known bug in the iOS beta release that causes similar problems. It can be worked around by reverting to the actual released version of iOS (Settings/General/Software Update/Beta Updates/turn it off.

Welcome to the community! I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble uploading photos to your premium Adobe Express account. Could you please provide a bit more detail about the issue? For example:

  • Are you seeing any error messages when you try to upload photos?
  • Have you tried uploading photos from different browsers?
  • Is this issue happening with all photos or just specific ones?

In the meantime, try using the incognito mode to see if it makes a difference.
