Internal error in animate with audio

Dear Adobe Support Team, 

 

I 1734114562310.jpgam an educator using Adobe for my projects. Recently, I’ve encountered an issue where audio recorded from characters fails to load and shows an error. Could you please assist me in resolving this? Thank you for your support!

Hey @hala_5424, thanks for reaching out, and welcome to our Adobe Express Community!

 

I tried using Adobe Express's Animate Character feature, and it worked fine on Safari and Google Chrome browser. Please share the browser details you're using and try turning off any plugins/extensions you use on the browser.

Also, please let us know the length of recording you used and if you're getting the same result when trying on a different browser.

I got another error now. 

I m using adobe app latest version & already cleared cache & data.

Thanks for testing those things. I was also curious about what model of mobile device you are using, and its OS version. Can you share this info? Also, does uninstalling and reinstalling the Adobe Express app make any difference?

No it's does not make any difference. I m using tecno pova 5g with OS version of 14.0.0.
