Issues using library font

Hi everyone,

I am trying to use a font saved in my CC library in Adobe Express - Freight Big Pro

Each time I try to use this I get an error message: UUID: 26777b2a-ac64-43f6-a780-22a1452f4512

I understand that Adobe Express is incompatible with variable fonts - I may be wrong, however my understanding is that this font is not a variable font and therefore should be compatibe? Is anyone able to help?

Hi @chaimaa.7

Thanks for getting back to me. This is a font I have added to my libarary from Adobe Fonts - I haven't uploaded it myself, so unsure about the file type. I have tried removing the fonts from my library and re-adding, but the problem is still occuring. Below is the error message.

Hi

@default88obbrsoodxc

,

Thanks for your response.

Could you please try restoring the firewall settings to the default and try again to check if that helps?

Hi @default88obbrsoodxc.

If "Freight Big Pro" isn't a variable font, there are a few things you can try:

  1. Verify the Font Format: Ensure the font file is in a supported format, such as .otf or .ttf. Variable fonts usually have the .ttf extension but might include metadata causing issues.

  2. Re-upload the Font: Remove the current upload of "Freight Big Pro" from your CC library and try re-uploading it. Sometimes files can become corrupted during the upload process.

Let me know if you’d like assistance with any of these steps! Thanks ^CA
