Loss of projects

I logged into Adobe Express one day, and all the content and artwork I'd created was gone. It doesn't appear. I'd even added a new "brand," and supposedly (because I'd worked with it before) it was deleted. I've never had this kind of problem with any other program. Help, I'm desperate.

Hey @Alice Y, Welcome to our Adobe Express community!! 

 

Adobe Express projects are saved with the account you log in with. If you choose a different profile or account type while logging in, it might create a totally new account with the same Adobe ID, giving the impression that projects are missing. 

 

For your Adobe ID, I can see two associated accounts (a personal and a federated account). Can you log into Adobe Express like you did when creating the project?
