Lost files in Adobe Express

Hello,

I am new to Adobe Express and have spent days trying to learn the webbased app - creating and saving dozens of text to image projects. I have revisited the app multiple times and could see my files available. Today, the app asked me to "sign in" during the middle of one of my edits, had me verify my account email (I use a government account). When I signed in again, all of my adobe express files were gone. I was taken through the login as if I was signing up for a new account. I have visited the assets page (https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents) as recommended on other threads - and still no files.
Can anyone assist? Thank you.

Thanks for letting me know @Julie23060248hzm3  . Gadly, I also have some of the pdfs and jpegs of what I was working on. So, I'll have to see what Adobe Express can do starting from that. (fingers crossed).

Sadly I've not been able to recover the files, I was told by our IT department that it was due to a change of supplier for the software license. Thankfully I had the files downloaded so was able to upload pdfs and start over. This has happened before, but I think that was more to do with the software update.

Same issue here. Any solution yet? I've lost 2 months work. Adobe Express was so easy, slick and pratical... I guess this was the catch. I'm so disappointed...

Today after a renewal of Adobe licenses, I have lost access to all of my saved files and libraries in Adobe Express (2 years of work). I am using the same username and password but the set-up has changed (corporate cloud sharing now) and I have no idea where these files will be. Any help would be greatly appreciated, apologies if posting this in the wrong location.

I assume this is a common issue? Does this happen with software updates? Is the lesson learned is to save all project files to a local computer? Seems that it would defeat the purpose of the online application.

Hi @jennifer_7191, It seems there are 2 accounts associated with your email ID. I'd suggest you log out and then back in using the same method you used to access the account that has your projects. Once you're logged in to the correct account, you'll be able to see all your existing projects. Let us know how it goes!

Thanks!
