Low Quality Download

We pay for Adobe Creative Suite, and I love using Adobe Express. However, my .pngs and .jpgs download with low MB quality. The best quality I can get is downloading my files as .pdfs, and then converting them to .pngs or .jpgs from Adobe Acrobat. The quality is still subpar this way, but a little better with a slightly higher MB. Can there be an option added to Adobe Express to increase the download quality/resolution?

Download PNG images are still very low resolution, I am using macro images and it just isn't good enough for the quality I need, will things be improving?

Hello,

When will the problem be solved? It's really annoying to work for hours on the app and when we want to download the projects they have really BAD quality. Moreover we pay for this.

Thank you

Looking for update on this subject bc I am having the same issues with low quality downloads - it seems to be with the new launch as I did not have this issue before. nearly every download using Instagram sizing look pixelated and fuzzy. Client asking for sharper graphics and having to switch to illustrator.

Hi @Aris_Marketing

Thank you for sharing these examples. This is an area where our developers have made some improvements. For them to be able to address the issue, they need to know how to recreate the problem. When you import a high-resolution image, it becomes the dimensions of whatever project you're working on.  If you're zoomed in on a project, it may not be representative of the output. If you're using the paid version of Adobe Express you have access to the resize feature which allows you to change the project dimensions. The larger the dimensions the larger the file size and the higher quality is possible. A few additional things that would help.

  • Would it be possible to share a link to an example project with the issue?
  • What project dimensions are you using?

I downloaded the images you attached and viewed them but wasn't able to see the quality issue. How they appear here in the forums is different than when downloaded.

Hi @Lyn_D it's been two months since your reply. Is there an update to improving Adobe Express download quality?

Hi there - Sure, examples are attached. I used high quality flower photos for this graphic, but the .png downloaded from Adobe Express is somehow less than 1MB (915KB). I'm also attaching the .jpeg version, which is an even lower quality at 716 KB. Meanwhile the flower pictures used are all above 3GB so it's definitely harmful to lose this quality.

To answer your questions, yes - I'm seeing a difference in quality in the app versus when saving.

Hi @Aris_Marketing

Thanks for posting. I've seen a few other posts about this in the past but want to clarify to ensure I understand.

  • Are you seeing a difference in quality in the app versus when saving?
  • Would it be possible to share some examples?

Thanks,
Dave
