missing project

i recently build a project. Still image. And was using it for a few days. this morning it is no where to be found. nothing different was done about this project.

hi yeah, my cache is cleared. it's Adobe Express which is only Desktop.

Thank you for reaching out, and I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble.

I haven't been able to replicate this issue.

Have you tried cleaning your cache and cookies, signing in and out of your account or testing it from a different browser or in incognito mode? Another option is to update your browser if a new version is available.

 

Would you mind providing more information on where this project was created? The mobile version and desktop version are using different file types. E.g. Projects completed on the desktop cannot be viewed on the mobile app.
