Sorry to hear about this. This should not have happened; could you please double check https://new.express.adobe.com/your-stuff/files. If you have a lot of projects, please try sorting using the different sort options on the top right:

Another thing to try is the search bar or the top; you can use the project name or any text content within that project

If the project still does not show up, please DM me your adobe id (email that you sign in with). Please include a reference to https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-express-bugs/my-project-isnt-here/idi-p/14186368 in your message.
