My size keeps changing from Instagram Portrait Post to Custom Size?

Do you guys ever experience this bug / issue?

everytime i make my contents, i always put it in Instagram Portrait Post size, which is 1080 x 1350 px. And then, everytime i want to make a schedule to post it, it is not possible because Instagram cannot read the size, the size becomes 9.6 x 12.5 INCH (it says magazine 927 x 1200 px). Then, of course i have to change it everytime i want to post it on schedule. The thing is, THEY always reduce my GENERATIVE AI credits! I barely use it for my own but i am always out of credits!

So if i have my contents 5 pics (carousel) every post, i have to change 5 of them, and 1 of the pic they generate 3 pictures! so i spent 15 credits for nothing!

1. Are you using the web version of Adobe Express or the mobile app when this happens?
2. Can you share a screen recording showing the size shift and credit deduction during scheduling?
3. Have you tried scheduling the same content in a different size to see if the issue still occurs?
4. Does this happen with every project set to 1080×1350 px, or only specific templates or assets?
