Not able to open any Adobe Express documents.

When opening any Adobe Express document it is showing me below dialog. Looks like app has stuck in a cycle. See the attached video.

 

Why is it showing same dialog again and again to me ?

I don't know what happened, but today somehow all the documents have started working automatically,
I will share the document if I encounter such problem again.

I tried opening it in incognito mode, tried clearing cache, but same problem persistes. I even tried in different browsers, but no luck.

Thanks for reaching out! We're sorry to hear about the difficulties. Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?
