File is not downloading. Adobe never fails to disappoint. So clunky.

Sorry to hear you are running ino this issue. Could you please provide more details

- Which format are you trying to donwload for (png/jpeg/mp4/pdf)

- Do you run into a specific error dialog, or are completely blocked from downloading with a message like "We're working on your file..."?

A screenshot would help.
