Not loading files

Hello! My account is having difficulty loading the files from Chrome, Edge, and the app. What could be the cause of this. It wont load the media Ive uploaded or the actual file im working on and have been working on in Adobe express.

Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to check if that helps.
