As novas mudanças que fizeram na adobe express deixou a experiência horrível, não tem mais ativos de design, está com problemas na ferramenta conta gotas, está muito bugado!!!!

Thanks for reaching out! I'd like to inform you that you'll be able to find the options under the "+" Add content option, as shown in the screenshot, once you are in the editor.

For eye dropper tool, can you please elaborate more on this? If you can share a screenshot or screen recording of the issue?
