PDF Downloads won't work

Hi @Carissa21969688mgr9, I just tested this, and it's working correctly for me. Are you getting to any of the stages seen here in my screenshots after clicking the top gray Download button? After the data is finished loading, do you get a prompt to save the PDF to your local computer? Did you try logging out/back in and/or switching to another browser? Does this happen with any document you try to export, or only one in particular? Let us know how it goes.
