Unable to remove background for days now. Says to refresh or try again. I have logged out, restart computer, looked up guides online and nothing helpful has been found

Sorry to hear you are running into this issue. Could you please share a screenshot of the error message and/or the URL of your Express file (from the browser's address bar when it is open) where you experience this error. Also, does it happen for several images or a specific one?
