Poor quality PNG to SVG conversation from Adobe Express

I have some PNG files that I wish to convert to SVG for subsequent editing. When I use Adobe Express, however, the resulting SVG files are of poor quality. As shown in the attached example, there are considerable gaps between the color layers (see close-up of eye).

 

Any idea how to improve the quality of the SVG files generated by Adobe Express? Or alternatively, anyone know of a much better PNG-to-SVG file conversion tool?  Thx.

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about the difficulties. Is it happening with all PNG files? Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?
