Publish Now Button Greyed Out

I connected my Instagram and Facebook business pages, BUT the Publish Now button is grayed out. How do I troubleshoot this?

I tried all of you suggestions Tarun but this thing is not working. I tried Safari, Edge, Chrome, Brave, Duck. Publish Now button is disabled on all of them. The connection with Instagram is successful. This is the first time I am using Adobe Express and I keep hitting the wall over and over again.
