Hi there,

Hi @Dennis258809954cls

You may also want to try disconnecting your IG account and reconnecting it.

If you continue to face difficulties I'd recommend reaching out to and working with our support directly.

Oh ok then, problem is not Schedule specific, I'd check with a test IG account etc, let's see maybe another expert/designer can be helpful.

Nope, publish now does not work either.

But does the "Publish Now" work? At least that way we can tell the problem is Schedule related not publish, also I'd check with a different IG account (not sure if it's a business IG, as now beta doesn't support creator/personal IG accounts to use the Schedule function)

Doesn't do the trick either.

When I unselect Instagram enterly, I can schedule a post, however still aiming to do so on Instagram 🙂

Oh I missed that sorry 🙂 I'd check "Publish Now" option to see if it's a schedule specific issue.

Hey Akin,

thanks. However, I'm only trying to schedule a post - not a reel or story. So wondering what I might be doing wrong.

Hello @Dennis258809954cls, can it be about the information that says "Posting directly to stories and reels is not working in beta yet etc"? I'm not sure if "Instagram Everyday Productions" is under those categories nbut that might be the issue. Hope this helps!
