Receive an error message when I try to download or use Shapes or Icons in "Elements" and more issues

When I try to download my project, at first, it looks like it's working until it reaches 90%, then it freezes, and I can see behind it the too-frequent error message appears, and sure enough, it is. This also occurs when I go to my "elements" and try to use shapes or icons, but I don't receive an error message when I use design assets or backgrounds. This started happening yesterday. At first, any time I pressed the Download button, I would get no response, and now it downloads to 90%. When this problem occurred, I couldn't use the AI Generate Add-on. When I pressed on that, the toolbar would appear for the Add-on, but nothing would appear below it. Later in the day, I could use the AI generator, but it stopped working again today (I'm not sure if these problems are correlated). I also cannot share the project either. It just loads forever. 

I am using Microsoft Edge, and I have tried other browsers. Still, whenever I try to use other browsers (Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox), I can't even open Adobe Express, another issue I have reported and have gotten no help with. I've even tried using my iPhone, too, and I can't open Adobe Express on there, either. I've tried removing my cookies and cache, too. My coworker can't open it on their laptop either. I am shocked I can even open it. But now I am doing all this work then, unable to download it!

The problems are building up and are interfering with my work!
