Remove background error

I keep getting this when trying to remove background "We couldn't execute cutout filter service because of unknown internal service errors, please try again."

Hi @Vires 

 

One bug we are aware of that can trigger this error is is the use of WebP format. Could you check if that's the case, and if so, try converting the file to a png or jpg?
