Remove Background not working

I use the "Remove Background" quick action feature on a regular basis and haven't had problems until now. This feature is not working for me any longer. I've tried launching from different browsers and rebooted my computer, all to no avail. I need this app to complete my work. I have a premium subscription. Please advise as soon as possible. Thx

I have the same problem. I upgraded to Premium as I thought the facility may no longer be free but same issue.

I tried using the background removal tool on the Google Chrome browser and on the Progressive Webapp on a Windows device, and it worked fine. Would you mind sharing a screen recording of the workflow with the feature not working? It will help us investigate the issue better.

Fortunately, all's good now with the remove background tool. I tried so
many different fixes and, quite honestly, I can't remember which one
finally resolved the issue.

Unfortunately, now that it's working, I can't record the problem for your
review. If it occurs again I'll do that and forward it.

I cannot get the background removal to work in adobe express on a 7sec video. It worked yesterday but today it keeps deleting the subject not the background. Any ideas how to fix??? Im working with premium, have tried different browers. Have tried on Mac Book Air and desktop. It makes no sense!!

Le chargement des Photos depuis "Médias/Photos ne se termine pas corectement, un signal attantion dans l'angle supérieur gauche s'affiche et interdi donc la suppression du fond de l'image ! Ne fonctionne pas sous Firefox 131.0.3, mais fonctionne correctement sous Chrom (Appel Sequoia 15.0.1)

Voici quelques pistes pour résoudre ce problème sous Firefox :

Vider le cache du navigateur :

  • Allez dans les Paramètres de Firefox > Vie privée et sécurité > Cookies et données de sites et cliquez sur Effacer les données. Essayez à nouveau de charger les photos après cette opération.

Mode de navigation privée :

  • Essayez d’ouvrir Adobe Express en mode navigation privée dans Firefox. Cela désactivera temporairement les cookies et extensions, ce qui peut résoudre des conflits potentiels.

Mise à jour du navigateur :

  • Assurez-vous que Firefox est à jour. Allez dans Aide > À propos de Firefox et vérifiez si une nouvelle version est disponible.
