Reverting logo file back to original template

I created a logo on Adobe Express mobile, i then wanted to edit on desktop but the deisgn got scrambled. Am now wanting to revert to original template to start from scratch, but doesn't seem possible. I've also found it impossible to find the template i used again. Any ideas??
