Scheduled posts are not showing up in schedule but they're appearing on platforms

Randomly & without indication why, some of my scheduled posts are not showing up in schedule but they're appearing on platforms - sometimes more than once. It's embarrassing for my networks to see duplicate posts especially when there's no warning when I'm scheduling them.

We're sorry to hear about this. Did you try signing out and signing in again to check if that helps? Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference?
