Scheduler not working (at least for Reels)

Hey everyone,

 

Didn't hope my first community post would be about a problem - was absolutely happy with Adobe Express until this point.

 

Since recently, I'm facing an issue when trying to schedule reels to post on my social channels (Instagram and Facebook). It worked perfectly, but now it just remains at 'Scheduled' status, even though the time for post is overdue. This occured when trying to post Reels, didn't try to schedule normal posts in the meantime.


I first thought this was a time-difference issue, because I've successfully used the software on my recent travels, with 7 hours time difference to my place of origin where I first started using the app. Trying to tweak the settings with time and location didn't help. I only discovered Scheduler not working once I returned home.

 

Any ideas on how to fix this? Refreshing connections also didn't help, and 'Publish now' function worked flawlessly.
