Selecting 4K Output

Hello! The 4K resolution is 4096x2160, but when I select 4K as the output, the resulting file is much smaller. How can this issue be resolved?

We're sorry to hear about this issue. Could you please let us know the file exported size? Can you share a screen recording of the issue to better assist you further? 

Try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference.

Thank you @Tarun Saini  for your help! For example, I manually set the size to 4096x2160. After that, I want to export it with my custom size. I am using the Edge browser. However, when I click on the downloaded file and check the properties, it shows only 3840x2024. I'm not sure if I'm making a mistake or why the correct resolution isn't being downloaded. Thank you so much for your help!
