Sometimes when I search in the left menu (in this instance, it happened in the elements section) the menu will glitch and flash. I've included a GIF of my screen recording since I can't upload a video. Hopefully this helps for my lack of words to describe what is happening.
Hi @Jennifer5EF9, Thanks for reaching out, and welcome to our Adobe Express community!
I tried to replicate this on my end, but it worked fine for me. Can you try changing the browser zoom settings to see if that makes any difference? You can also try clearing out the browser's cache/cookies once. Do share your observations, and we'll let our product team know about this issue if it still persists for you.
I am working on express. Working with elements, if I type "Next Step" in the search widget, the side bar starts flickering. To define flickering - the way phones vibrate when you put em' on vibrate mode, and you receive a call. I have attempted this 3 to 4 times, just now. It happens to me only when I typed in the above string of words. Thanks, PR
Hey @Apurva5EA8, Welcome to our community, and thanks for posting here! This seems strange. Can you let us know which browser you were working on? Did you try it on any other recommended browsers, like Edge, Chrome, Safari, or Firefox? You may also want to try in incognito/private browsing mode to see if that makes any difference.
I tried replicating the issue, and it works fine on Chrome and Firefox browsers. If possible, share a screen recording of the workflow you mentioned so we can investigate this.
The left panel of the screen vibrates all of the sudden. I have noticed this error on regular basis. Also the app hangs inbetween and shows white screen everyime. one needs to restart it after every half an hour.
As we cannot reproduce the issue, can you share a screen record when the vibration occurs? Can you confirm the browser version and the OS version of your device (Windows or Mac)?
Were you editing a video or an image? Was it a template? Did you see any error messages? We suggest you change the browser (Safari, Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge are recommended), clear the caches browser or try to use the app in incognito mode.
We're here to help and are looking forward to hearing from you.
Sorry to hear about this issue. I tried to replicate this issue, but it seems to work fine. Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Did you recently install any third-party plugins or extensions to your browser? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and let us know if that helps.
When I open the Frames panel (in Chrome), the panel jitters rapidly between two widths(?). The first frame is nearly still but all others jitter constantly. I can't seem to use it.
